This Privacy Policy explains how Xiamen Tongling Technology Co., Ltd. processes information for Honlink TikTok Publisher, a tool that helps authorized users upload, publish, and track their own videos on TikTok.

Depending on the permissions you grant, we may process TikTok account identifiers, basic profile information, OAuth authorization tokens, video files or video URLs you submit, captions, publishing settings, post identifiers, publishing status, error logs, and operational records needed to provide the service.

2. How we use information

We use information to authenticate authorized users, submit content to TikTok at the user's request, retrieve publishing status, troubleshoot errors, maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with platform or legal requirements.

3. Sharing

We share information with TikTok only as necessary to provide the authorized publishing workflow. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law, security needs, or to protect our rights and users.

4. Storage and security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect account authorization data and publishing records. Access is limited to personnel and systems that need it to operate the service.

5. Retention and deletion

We retain information only as long as needed for the service, troubleshooting, compliance, and legitimate business purposes. Users may revoke TikTok authorization through TikTok. To request deletion of stored authorization data or publishing records, contact your Honlink account administrator or email us.

6. User choices

You control whether to authorize the application through TikTok. If authorization is revoked, the service may no longer be able to publish content or retrieve post status for that TikTok account.
