Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of Honlink TikTok Publisher, a publishing tool operated by Xiamen Tongling Technology Co., Ltd. The service helps authorized users upload, publish, and track their own video content on their TikTok accounts.
1. Authorized use
You may use the service only for TikTok accounts and content that you own, manage, or are authorized to operate. You are responsible for ensuring that all videos, captions, product references, music, and other materials comply with applicable laws, TikTok policies, and any platform rules that apply to your account.
2. User consent and account access
The service uses TikTok authorization flows to act only after an authorized user grants permission. You may revoke access through TikTok or by contacting your account administrator. We do not claim ownership of your TikTok account or content.
3. Content responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content you submit for publishing. Do not upload content that infringes third-party rights, contains misleading claims, violates advertising or consumer protection rules, or is otherwise prohibited by TikTok or applicable law.
4. Service availability
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when needed for security, maintenance, compliance, or operational reasons. TikTok review, processing, API limits, or policy enforcement may affect whether and when content is published.
5. No misuse
You must not use the service for spam, unauthorized automation, credential sharing, account abuse, or attempts to bypass TikTok restrictions or security controls.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We are not responsible for indirect damages, lost revenue, platform enforcement actions, or failures caused by third-party services.
7. Contact
